We stand united with all our colleagues impacted by this war in Ukraine
We are deeply concerned about the war in Ukraine and condemn all aggressive actions by the Russian government. The people of Ukraine have the right to live in peace, freedom and democracy - these values must be defended.
We stand united with all our colleagues and their families that are impacted. As far as the situation allows, we support our 150 colleagues in Ukraine financially and help them to move to safe places. We are also proud to see how our colleagues help each other: With financial aid, with transport and accommodation in Poland, Romania and Hungary, even welcoming co-workers at the border and inviting them into their homes.
These acts of humanity and kindness are truly remarkable. Our thanks and respect to all our helpers.
Bilfinger has already arranged for a direct donation of €50.000 to the German Red Cross and will double any Euro donated by its employees.
We follow all applicable sanctions and continuously monitor the developments as part of our usual proceedings at Bilfinger.
This war is a human tragedy, that concerns all of us and we hope it will stop soon.
