Socially responsible behavior
Our success as an industrial services provider is closely tied to our employees and their expertise, motivation and values. In this context, Bilfinger focuses primarily on the following topics: qualification and further training, occupational safety, personnel availability and compliance.
A large part of our business is carried out by external employees. The same human rights and labor law standards apply to them as to our own employees. The focus here is on working conditions, equal treatment and opportunities, as well as work-related rights.

On our way to becoming No. 1 for our customers in enhancing efficiency and sustainability, we need to attract and continuously develop capable employees.

Top priority for safety
With targeted communication, we create awareness of possible safety risks in #TeamBilfinger. We regularly train our employees. And we practice comprehensive quality and process management at our locations, including all the usual certifications. Under the motto “zero is possible”, we want to prevent occupational accidents altogether.
We foster long-term commitment to #TeamBilfinger. Training and development are a central part of our strategic lever – operational excellence – with which we continuously improve our performance. We develop talent, agree upon goals and provide regular feedback.
Bilfinger employs its staff in accordance with applicable law. We comply with all standards on labor and human rights, co-determination and collective agreements as a matter of course. And we ensure that all employees are appropriately compensated.

We comply with all tariff and legal regulations for secure jobs – from notice periods and staff reductions to social security when state provision is lacking.
With flexible working time models, Bilfinger promotes the compatibility of career and individual life situations. And as far as possible,we offer all employees, time off for family reasons, e.g. parental, paternity or carers’ leave.
