Bilfinger UK's Turnaround Department were tasked to prepare detailed planning and progress monitoring for our client site which required project management and supervision in order to deliver the execution of the project.

The involved 250+ work scopes including heat exchanger replacements, valve overhauls, installation 700m large bore piping, 150+ butt welds, 1,250 flanged joints and 38 large volume tests completed with zero failed hydro tests.
