HRcules – an HR Milestone
The Bilfinger group launched one of its largest internal projects of the last few years in April 2017: HRcules. Designed based on the model of the Greek hero Hercules, a symbol of strength and courage, the vision behind HRcules is to harmonize global processes and systems in HR. Based on SAP SuccessFactors, HRcules facilitates the group-wide, standardized administration of HR processes, ensures the transparency and security of personal information, and eases collaboration between corporate units by reinforcing the global HR community. Bilfinger companies in the Middle East successfully completed the multi-year timeline in September of 2019. HRcules is now used in more than 20 countries and by almost all Bilfinger employees. Of course, it isn't slowing down yet – ongoing development of the system and processes will allow employees, managers and the HR team to utilize the many advantages of the system for themselves.
