Award for outstanding
apprentice - training at
Bilfinger pays off

Young skilled workers are very important for our company, so we are happy to invest in the future and train them ourselves."

Three and a half years of hard work have paid off; former apprentice Michael Grünewald has completed his last exam, and that with honors. He passed the technical product designer examination with the highest mark "excellent", and is one of the best in his field.

Bilfinger Noell, Michael's company training center, had also been awarded by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of Würzburg-Schweinfurth: Managing Director Roland Pechtl and Training Manager Bernhard Schrauth received the award "company training centre 2018: This company ensures high quality through vocational training" with the addition "An EINSER-AZUBI was trained here", which translates into 'grade-A apprentice'.

"We are very happy about this award and congratulate Michael Grünewald on his outstanding results. For us it is proof of the high quality training at Bilfinger Noell", says Managing Director Roland Pechtl proudly and adds "young skilled workers are very important for our company, so we are happy to invest in the future and train them ourselves".

Michael is not resting on his laurels: in cooperation with Bilfinger Noell, he is now studying mechanical engineering at the Würzburg-Schweinfurt University of Applied Sciences.
