Scope:

At Marienhütte GmbH, we performed assembly work with a total range of 747 tons and acoustic insulation of devices in the area of approximately 4,000 m2.

Multiserwis specialists performed a complete mechanical assembly of the anti-dusting installation, which included:

• Support structures for devices,
• Platforms,
• Staircases,
• Ladders,
• Filter funnels,
• Chambers for clean and dirty air,
• Ducts and pipelines,
• Screw conveyors,
• Pneumatic dust transport system,
• Compressed air pipelines,
• Collectors,
• 5,000 filter bags, each approximately 10 m long.

In the field of acoustic installation, we have performed the following works:

• Installation of acoustic silencers on the suction and discharge side of centrifugal fans,
• Covering the entire surface of the filter (including the head, cases and funnels) with acoustic insulation.

The project included all mechanical, welding, installation works, tower crane service, work coordination and supervision of safety.
