Scope:

The objective of the project was to perform a Design Engineering review and submission to the authorities, conduct Tender Management and Contract Administration for the Re-engineering of the Hub Biadco Buildings, and construction of a new Maintenance Workshop. After the project was awarded to the construction contractor Bilfinger were awarded to perform the Project Management Consultancy and Construction Supervision of these building.
