Q1: What does your job role involve?

A1: I oversee every aspects of inspection projects, guiding them from their initial stages to their completion. I’m also responsible for training, developing and supporting our technicians with technical queries while ensuring their competence with ANDT methods.

Q2: What do you enjoy about working for Bilfinger?

A2: I like the combination of technical challenges, professional development and my contribution to the success and growth of the business. I’m also fortunate to work with a energic and vibrant team, who even during demanding periods, manage to bring a sense of enjoyment into work.

Q3: What advice would you give to someone wanting to follow your career path?

A3: Remember that your career path may evolve over time, so it's essential to remain flexible and open to new opportunities. The field of non-destructive testing offers a dynamic and fulfilling career with the potential for long-term growth and impact.

Q4: What are your future career ambitions?

A4: In Denmark, the energy sector, particularly in the renewable industry, is brimming with exciting opportunities. I'm eager to take on more responsibilities, lead key inspection projects, and leverage my technical and management skills to support our company's growth.
