Working and learning at Bilfinger

Working and learning at the same time - the best of both worlds! For various disciplines at Bilfinger, you can follow a work-study program. In this way, you learn the tricks of the trade while already doing paid work.

For some disciplines you do not need a specific education, nor do you have to go into the books and follow a full (mbo) study. We work together with industry associations to teach you the trade in practice. This applies, for example, for:

• Scaffolder
• Insulation technician
• (Construction) painter
• Insulation sheet worker

For other positions, however, you can follow a BBL track with us, in which you also follow a full MBO study. Such as:

• Welder (location Terneuzen)
• Pipefitter (location Terneuzen)
