Bilfinger Intervalve Africa also offers post-weld heat treatment, which is crucial to the quality and integrity of welding on high-pressure parts and pipelines.
Our services include:
- Pre-heating for welding on various materials such as pipe work, high-pressure parts and test pieces by means of electrical resistance elements or in furnace conditions
- Furnace heat treatment in our Bethal workshop
- Our machines operate on 63 AMPS /100 mps per phase
- Each machine has a capacity of 12 elements, 65V per machine these machines can operate manually for pre heating and automatically for PWHT
