Spare Parts

If you need spare parts from another brand and your OEM doesn't have them in-stock, doesn't exist anymore or is presenting you with excessive bills, come to Bilfinger. We execute reverse engineering on worn out parts, possible including an upgrade and manufacture these new parts. This way you can enhance the current equipment and get your installation up & running as fast as possible.
We have access to both in-house and outsourced component manufacturing, which gives us the flexibility and control to deliver on a short notice.

Concrete Volute Pumps
When reliability is key and maintenance needs to be kept to a minimum, concrete volute pumps are your #1 choice. The pump volute is made out of concrete and is an integral part of the civil structure. This offers excellent durability, long life span and low total cost of ownership combined with a pull out unit design.
- BCV: mixed flow, enclosed impeller, pre-fabricated concrete volute.

Axial Flow Pumps
When moving a large volume of water, with relatively low head, axial flow pumps are the way to go. Bilfinger offers several engineered solutions:
- SHG: horizontal, cat back, dry pit, single stage, axial flow
- SH: horizontal, dry pit, single stage, axial flow, foot mounted
- OPH: horizontal, submersed, single stage, radial split, diffuser type (axial)
- OVOP: vertical, wet pit, single stage, axial flow, open top discharge
Vertical Suspended Pumps
Commonly used vertical pumps for a large range of applications with medium to large capacities and medium to high head. Our vertical wet pit pumps are the way to go: single stage, radial flow, enclosed impeller, radial split, diffuser type (radial), multistage possible.
- VOA: single/multiple stage, mixed flow, enclosed impeller, radial split, diffuser type (bowl)
- VSO: single stage, mixed flow, open impeller, radial split, diffuser type (bowl)

Double Suction in between Bearing Pumps
Commonly used in industry for various applications, one or several impellers on a shaft are suspended at both ends between two bearings. Types include dry pit , single and multistage, (double) volute, double
suction impeller, axial split and foot mounted:
- HGT: horizontal
- VGT: vertical
