26 – 30 January 2025, Bilfinger Middle East showcased its capabilities at the Sabic Technical Meeting (STM25) in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, one of the region's largest petrochemical events for global industry leaders. The Middle East Maintenance & Mechanical and Engineering team were actively engaged with Sabic visitors and affiliates, meeting prospective partners and clients. They showcased our global engineering and maintenance portfolio, which spans the entire value chain from consulting, engineering, manufacturing, and assembly to maintenance, plant expansion, and turnarounds. This comprehensive offering supports operational excellence and includes environmental technologies and digital applications designed to enhance asset efficiency, ensure high availability, and reduce maintenance costs.

Colleagues from the former Stork business, recently acquired by Bilfinger, demonstrated the patented Deaerator unit and technology, which provides cleaner water into the plant from the feedwater, making our customers more sustainable and efficient.

With a strong presence in Europe, Bilfinger Middle East is developing energy transition offerings in Saudi Arabia and the rest of the region. With close to 1,500 engineers in the region, Bilfinger is rebuilding its engineering services in Saudi Arabia to offer a comprehensive range of services, from engineering to maintenance, projects, modifications, and facility upgrades. This approach aims to provide a complete roadmap of the asset lifecycle, supporting current and future clients in achieving their energy transition targets.
