New orders in facility services: Bilfinger Berger signs service agreements with WestLB, AXA and IVG

Bilfinger Berger Facility Services has signed agreements with Westdeutsche Landesbank, AXA Group and the IVG Group with a total volume of €70 million.

On behalf of WestLB, Bilfinger Berger has taken over management of the WestFonds real-estate fund. The AXA Group has commissioned Bilfinger Berger with the management of over 140 real-estate properties and a total surface area of one million square meters. For IVG, Bilfinger Berger will manage more than 200 properties with a total surface area of about two million square meters. Contract periods are between five and eight years.

Bilfinger Berger is the largest full-service provider of integrated facility services in Germany. In addition to complex technical real-estate services, the focus of the company’s activities is on commercial services such as asset, property and center management for entire real-estate portfolios. In 2009, the facility services business contributed more than €1.3 billion to the output volume of the Bilfinger Berger Group.
