On Langøya, just outside Oslo, one of Norway’s largest environmental projects is currently underway – where industrial waste is treated to restore the natural environment after 100 years of limestone extraction. Nordic Mechanical has been responsible for the installation of a new filter press facility, including mechanical equipment and piping systems. As part of the assignment, we have also installed a 500‑meter pipe bridge connecting the existing operations with the new facility – enabling a process in which residual materials are converted into stable material for backfilling.

At Nordic Mechanical Solutions, we are around 170 employees working together to deliver advanced projects in mechanical installations, maintenance, and industrial solutions.
