Public private partnership: Bilfinger Berger to refurbish and operate Sonnenstein Castle in Saxony

As part of a public private partnership, Bilfinger Berger will remodel Sonnenstein Castle in Pirna, Saxony as the future home of the district office and will subsequently operate the facility over a period of 25 years. The project has a volume of €45 million and will be financed through public funds and bank loans.
