Mannheim. Marion Sommerwerck will take over as Head of Corporate Communications & Public Affairs at industrial services provider Bilfinger SE on September 01, 2022. In this responsibility, she will report directly to Group CEO Dr. Thomas Schulz. Previously, Ms. Sommerwerck was Head of Communications at Munich-based KraussMaffei.

Marion Sommerwerck has many years of experience in the areas of communications and marketing as well as public relations and was most recently Vice President Corporate Communications at the KraussMaffei Group in Munich. Prior to that, she was responsible for this area at Weidmüller, A.T. Kearney and the Handelsblatt publishing group, among others.

Ms. Sommerwerck takes over these duties from Hubertus Spethmann, who led the division on an interim basis from February to June 2022.
