In view of the spread of the coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) and the resulting official regulations, Bilfinger SE is cancelling its Annual General Meeting convened for April 23, 2020 in Mannheim.
The Company aims to hold the Annual General Meeting within the legally prescribed period of six months after the beginning of the 2020 financial year. In this respect, the protection of the health of shareholders, employees and the service providers involved is given the highest priority. A future date therefore depends on the further course of the wave of infection and the preventive measures taken by the authorities.
