- Focus on HSE, quality, continuous improvement, and efficiency
- Confirms Bilfinger’s position as a leading multidisciplinary supplier in Norway
Herøya, Norway – Bilfinger has entered into a new long-term agreement with Yara for the delivery of maintenance services, including advisory and consultancy support, at the facility in Herøya. The agreement is valid until 2030 and continues Bilfinger’s role as a strategic partner in maintenance, modifications, and engineering. Earlier this year, the logistics services contract was also renewed, highlighting the breadth of the collaboration.
The new agreement facilitates close cooperation with clear goals in health, safety, and environment (HSE), quality, continuous improvement, and efficiency. This aligns with Bilfinger’s ambition to deliver solutions that support Yara’s production goals and sustainability strategy.
“We are proud to continue our long-standing collaboration with Yara at Herøya. This agreement confirms our ability to deliver high quality and ensure efficient operations for our customers,” says Johan Guldbjørnsen, Managing Director of Bilfinger Norway AS. “We look forward to building further on the partnership and contributing to Yara’s success through innovative and sustainable solutions.”
The agreement will employ a significant number of staff and strengthens Bilfinger’s position as a leading provider of industrial services in Norway.
