Added Value

The Stork Spray-Type Deaerator offers significant added value through smart engineering and proven performance:

  • A compact single-vessel design that integrates three essential functions: deaeration, pre-heating, and feedwater storage — all in one unit
  • The patented Stork sprayer ensures optimal water distribution and fine atomization, maximizing gas removal efficiency and thermal performance
  • Full-service support through Bilfinger, including engineering, manufacturing, and lifecycle services. Production takes place in Bilfinger’s own 16,000 m² workshop, supported by a  global network of trusted partners
  • Versatile application across a wide range of power generation systems, including conventional plants, CCPP, CHP, CSP, nuclear facilities, and FPSOs

Stork Spray-Type Deaerator:
Compact & Integrated

The Stork Spray-Type Deaerator simplifies deaeration with a single horizontal vessel that integrates:

  • A built-in, patented Stork spray head for fine atomization and efficient gas removal
  • Deaeration, pre-heating, and storage in one compact unit
  • Internal vent condenser functionality, eliminating the need for external components

This design reduces installation complexity, saves space, and lowers both capital and operational costs — all while maintaining high performance and reliability.
