TIPCHECK is an independent, Europe-wide standardized energy efficiency consulting program for industrial insulation. Developed by Bilfinger in collaboration with the European Industrial Insulation Foundation (EiiF), certified TIPCHECK engineers analyze your facility and calculate the specific savings potential.

Relevant plant data, contact persons, and specific safety measures are recorded in a meeting with the plant operator
On-Site Assessment
Insulation on pipelines, valves, and vessels is analyzed directly on-site using thermal imaging cameras, surface sensors, and humidity sensors for cold systems
Analysis & Optimization
Operating parameters are transferred to the thermal calculation software. Improvement measures such as re-insulation or reduction of thermal bridges are evaluated and prioritized
Report & Presentation
The comprehensive TIPCHECK report is delivered and explained step by step, including savings calculations and payback periods
