Real-time visualization of gas leaks using ultrasound
Gas leaks endanger employees and the environment, cause raw material losses and reduce the operating time of systems. By using ultrasonic cameras, even the smallest leaks can be detected quickly and entire systems can be checked for leaks.
Our trained employees use the Ultra Pro ultrasonic camera from Distran to detect gas leaks. This uses 124 integrated microphones to localize ultrasound generated by gas and vacuum leaks. The position of the sound sources is displayed in real time on the integrated screen. The recorded data enables the loss values to be determined and documented. Optionally, faulty components can also be repaired directly by our team.
