... Natasha Greenbury, Project Planner and Cost Engineer from Bilfinger UK. Our colleague was conferred the Young Achiever Award at the CATCH Annual Dinner. CATCH supports companies in the process, energy and engineering industries in Yorkshire and Humber, and each year honors outstanding professional achievements in the process industry.
Natasha made her first steps at Bilfinger UK in September 2014 as a project controls apprentice. First stop of her education: an external academy where she learned the basics of project management and planning.
Joining the projects team, she gained insights into various areas such as cost control, project planning and quality assurance. Later, she worked as a project planner in the maintenance sector. Among other tasks, she was involved in the development of various improvement programmes to make processes on site more efficient.
With support of Bilfinger UK, Natasha is now working towards a degree in project management. She has already gained experience as a project lead in smaller projects. Her goal: a position in project management at Bilfinger UK.
The CATCH annual dinner took place on May 9th 2019 in Kingston upon Hull, UK. Year after year, achievements in the process industry are honoured and those who achieved outstanding performances in their job are celebrated. This year’s gala focused on the impact and skills of young professionals in the process industry. More than 300 people joined the event and celebrated the award winners in several categories.
Proud award winner Natasha summed up the CATCH event, as “a lovely evening with very interesting speeches regarding the future of engineering. It was great to be a part of such an event and especially to win an award.”
