24 months in various assignments: gain insight and experience in business functions of our international organization
An assignment abroad for several months at one of our international locations
Networking Opportunities across business units, regions and with other trainees to build up your organizational knowledge and network
Training Opportunities to build upon your professional and technical skills as well as mentorship and continuous feedback
During your 24 month as a Trainee your main/home location could either be Mannheim or Oberhausen. Additionally, there will be an international assignment to one of your legal entities.
