The total volume of the now extended framework agreement is over €100 million, including budgeted inspection and project services. Bilfinger Maintenance has been responsible for maintenance of the refinery complex since it went into operation in 1997.
2015-11-12 In the first nine months of 2015, the Group‘s output volume increased by 5 percent to €4,781 million. Orders received were up 23 percent to €4,957 million. This is attributable primarily to the extension of significant service contracts in the first half of 2015. Although adjusted EBITA of €121 million was, as expected, significantly below the prior-year figure, it nonetheless underscores the earnings forecast for full-year 2015.

Framework agreements with a total volume of €150 million: Bilfinger maintains offshore facilities in the North SeaBilfinger has signed framework agreements with two longstanding customers in the oil and gas sector. The contracts cover maintenance and repair of offshore assets in the British North Sea. The contracts each run for a period of five years and have a total volume of €150 million.

2015-08-12 In the first half of 2015, Bilfinger SE increased its output volume from continuing operations by 6 percent as compared to the prior-year period to €3,117 million. Adjusted EBITA of €63 million was in line with the communicated expectations but 28 percent below the prior-year figure.

2015-07-21 At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of Bilfinger SE resolved to reduce the Executive Board from five to three members and in the near term to effect the resignation of Pieter Koolen, previously responsible for the Industrial business segment, and Joachim Enenkel, previously responsible for the Power business segment, on amicable terms. Following his departure, Pieter Koolen will be available to the company for several months in a consulting capacity.

On June 17, 2015, the Group decided to focus on the business with clients in the industrial and real-estate sectors in the future. The sale of the Power business segment, which brings together activities in the energy and power plant sectors, should be completed within one year.
2015-07-08 Bilfinger Mars Offshore has won an order for the production of 91 steel foundations for the Race Bank North Sea wind park. Order volume is in the mid double-digit million Euro range. The wind park, located 28 kilometers from the United Kingdom’s east coast, will have an output of about 580 MW and will provide 400,000 households with electricity. The client is Danish energy company Dong Energy A/S.
2015-06-17 The Executive Board of Bilfinger SE decided in its meeting today to focus on the business with clients in the industrial and real-estate sectors. A structured selling process will be initiated for the Power business segment which should be completed within one year.
2015-06-11 Bilfinger has now sold its Infrastructure division, which was put up for sale in May 2014, to Austrian construction company Porr. The Warsaw-based company specializes in civil engineering, employs 800 people and is primarily active in Poland. An output volume of approximately €170 million is planned for the current year. The transaction is subject to approval from the Polish antitrust authorities.

2015-04-23 The Supervisory Board of Bilfinger SE today appointed Per Utnegaard as Chairman of the Executive Board with effect from June 1, 2015. He will succeed Herbert Bodner, 67, who took over the position on an interim basis in August 2014. Per Utnegaard, 55, previously served as the President and CEO of Swissport International Ltd.
2015-04-22 The first three months of financial year 2015 were disappointing for Bilfinger. Preliminary figures show that adjusted EBITA amounted to minus €8 million (previous year: €47 million). Adjusted net profit from continuing operations of minus €15 million was also well below the prior-year figure (€26 million). Output volume amounted to €1,763 million (previous year: €1,715 million).

2015-03-22 Bilfinger received internal information last year indicating that there may have been violations of the Group's compliance regulations in connection with orders for the supply of monitor walls for security control centres in several large municipalities in Brazil. The company immediately launched a comprehensive investigation. The allegation relates to suspected bribery payments from employees of a Bilfinger company in Brazil to public officials and employees of state companies.
2015-02-24 Bilfinger Marine & Offshore Systems has won an order at the new Nordergründe offshore windpark for the installation of 19 steel foundations in the North Sea and for the transportation of 18 wind turbines to the installation site. The order from windpark developer and operator wpd in Bremen has a volume of approximately €30 million.

2015-01-14 On January 11, 2015 Dr. h.c. Bernhard Walter, long-serving Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Bilfinger SE, passed away at the age of 72. Bernhard Walter was elected to the Supervisory Board of Bilfinger SE in 1998. He was Chairman of the committee from 2006 until he stepped down in November 2014.
2015-01-07 Bilfinger has extended a maintenance contract for industrial facilities with longstanding client Bayer CropScience. The two companies are thus continuing the cooperation that has been in place since 2009 at the Frankfurt location for the next three years. Total order volume amounts to over €40 million. An option for an additional two years has also been agreed.
