In the course of the repositioning of Bilfinger, he will dedicate his efforts to the diverse upcoming tasks in the area of human resources”, says Chairman of the Executive Board Per H. Utnegaard.
Michael Bernhardt comes from the former Bayer Material Science AG, currently Covestro AG, where he held the same position. There, the focus of his activities included talent management, the identification and development of young managers, the simplification of personnel processes and, in particular, the alignment of the personnel organization to the needs of the operating business.
Also on November 1, 2015, Olaf Schneider (44) assumed the position of General Counsel, and thus also took over as Head of Corporate Legal & Insurance at Bilfinger SE. He succeeds Dr. Nils Anderson, who will leave the company.
“We are pleased that we have been able to attract Olaf Schneider for this responsible task and that we have the opportunity to build on his extensive experience in various international companies”, explains Chairman of the Executive Board Per H. Utnegaard.
