Bilfinger wins building construction orders in Munich and Cologne with a total volume of more than €100 million

The engineering and services group Bilfinger has won new orders for the construction of administration buildings in Munich and Cologne with a total volume of more than €100 million.

In Munich, Bilfinger will execute one of Germany's most spectacular real-estate projects for Bayern Projekt GmbH. The company is responsible for the demolition of various existing buildings and will carry out turnkey construction of two highly energy-efficient office towers at the same location. Certification from the German Sustainable Building Council in silver is planned for both of the new buildings. The 83-meter high Sky Tower and the 46-meter high Star Tower from the Bavaria Tower Ensemble will be completed at the beginning of 2018. On the Konrad Adenauer Ufer in Cologne, Bilfinger is building an office complex with 14,500 square meters of gross floor space for the Bank für Sozialwirtschaft. The client is KAU Projekt GmbH & Co. KG. Completion of the building is scheduled for December 2016.
