The focus points of our sustainability strategy in the “social aspects” category are employee professional growth and development, occupational safety and health protection, as well as good corporate citizenship. In this category, we have set ourselves the following goals for the coming years:
- Harmonize, throughout the Group, the key figures concerning professional development courses available externally and internally within the Group by the end of 2018
- Achieve an LTIF (Lost Time Injury Frequency) of 0.9 by the end of 2017
- Centrally record, coordinate, and release all donation activities and sponsorships of the Group by the end of 2017.
