I forgot my password. How can I retrieve my data?

Under forgot password? you can request a new password for your access to our applicant system. You will subsequently receive the password at the email address you submitted during the registration.

What format and size of documents can I upload?

For technical reasons, only attachments in either MS Word (.doc) or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) formats are permitted.The total size of the uploaded documents may not exceed a maximum of 5 MB.

What’s the right format for my photo?

You can upload your photo in jpg - or tif format.

I couldn’t upload my attachment

Have your documents the correct file format? Please note that we can only accept attachments of Adobe Acrobat (.pdf), MS Word (.doc) or .jpg/.tif format with a total size of up to 5 MB. If there is still an error message when uploading, this may be due to a short-term system failure that is corrected immediately. In such a case, please try to upload your attachments again at a later date.

Can I interrupt my application and continue it at a later point in time?

Yes, you can save your profile at any stage and continue applying later. Just sign on to our applicant database with your user name and your personal password, your data will not be lost.
