Bilfinger Berger SE: Transformation completed

Bilfinger Berger completed its transformation to a stock company under European law with the entry in the commercial register on October 8, 2010. As previously reported, the Supervisory Board of Bilfinger Berger SE consists of 12 members, Chairman is Dr. h.c. Bernhard Walter. The Executive Board includes Herbert Bodner (Chairman), Joachim Müller (Chief Financial Officer), Joachim Enenkel, Klaus Raps, Prof. Hans Helmut Schetter and Thomas Töpfer.
