Changes in the Executive Board of Bilfinger Berger AG

The Supervisory Board of Bilfinger Berger AG has appointed Thomas Töpfer (47) Member of the Executive Board effective April 1, 2009. He is currently Chairman of the Executive Board at Bilfinger Berger Industrial Services AG and has been a member of that body since 2001.

Dr. Joachim Ott (46) leaves the Executive Board of Bilfinger Berger AG by mutual agreement and on the best of terms effective March 31, 2009. In the future, he will focus exclusively on his responsibilities as Head of Executive Management at Bilfinger Berger Facility Services GmbH, the importance of which has increased significantly since the acquisition of M+W Zander FM.
