Dr. Jürgen M. Schneider turns 60

Dr. Jürgen M. Schneider, Chief Financial Officer at Bilfinger Berger AG, turns 60 on December 19, 2006.

The economics graduate, who also holds a doctorate in business administration, joined the Bilfinger Berger Group in 1983 and has been a member of the company's Executive Board since 1990. He is responsible for accounting, controlling, investor relations and the Power Services division. As Chief Financial Officer, he sits in the supervisory boards of all major subsidiaries.

Dr. Schneider has played a leading role in the most important acquisitions the company has made in recent years: He has been instrumental in the expansion of business in Australia and the growth of the services activities. Today, these two areas make a significant contribution to the Group's earnings.
