Dr. Joachim Ott appointed full member of the Executive Board

The Supervisory Board of Bilfinger Berger AG has appointed Dr. Joachim Ott, 41, as a full member of the Executive Board with effect from January 1, 2005. Dr. Ott has been a deputy member of the Executive Board since 2003 and is responsible for, among other things, the Group's services business, environmental activities, and procurement.
