Dr. Joachim Ott appointed as full member of the Executive Board

The Supervisory Board of Bilfinger Berger AG has appointed Dr. Joachim Ott as a full member of the Executive Board, effective on January 1, 2005.

Dr. Ott, who is 41, has been a deputy member of the Executive Board since January 1, 2003, and is currently responsible for real estate services, environmental activities and procurement.
