Dr. Joachim Ott appointed deputy member of the Executive Board

The Supervisory Board of Bilfinger Berger AG has appointed Dr. Joachim Ott (39) as deputy member of the Executive Board with effect from January 1, 2003.

Dr. Joachim Ott has been at the Group since 1991, and was a director of our subsidiary, Passavant-Roediger Umwelttechnik, from 1997. In August 2002, he was granted general power of representation for Bilfinger Berger AG. In the Executive Board he is now responsible for, among other things, real-estate services provided by the newly acquired companies, HSG and Wolfferts, as well as for Passavant-Roediger, the commercial side of building construction and Corporate Procurement.
