Bilfinger Berger sells minority stake in Aquamundo

Bilfinger Berger BOT GmbH has sold its 33% shareholding in Aquamundo GmbH to the Austrian company, Inframan GmbH. The two parties have agreed not to disclose details of the price paid for the stake in Aquamundo, which is a specialist for projects in the water-supply and sewage-disposal sector.

Bilfinger Berger is concentrating its concession activities on public-sector building construction and transport infrastructure. In recent years, the company has successfully built up a portfolio of projects in these fields, which is to be systematically expanded in the future.
