Bilfinger Berger - No Due Diligence Office at Philipp Holzmann

Contrary to reports stating otherwise, Bilfinger Berger has no Due Diligence Office at Philipp Holzmann. Based on a memorandum from Deutsche Bank, inquiries were made and talks have taken place, but these are at an early stage. The question of whether Bilfinger Berger will perform due diligence for the Holzmann Group is currently very much in the balance. Bilfinger Berger would only be prepared to make a commitment if a line was drawn under the financial liabilities and risks that Holzmann has incurred in the past.
