Herbert Bodner – new association president
Herbert Bodner, 60, Chairman of the Executive Board of Bilfinger Berger AG, has been elected President of the German Construction Industry Association. He was previously Chairman of the Association’s private financing workgroup.

Joachim Müller – new member of the executive board
Joachim Müller, 49, formerly Senior Vice President Corporate Finance at the SAP Group, has been appointed to the Executive Board of Bilfinger Berger effective November 1, 2008. He will become Chief Financial Officer in May 2009 when Dr. Jürgen M. Schneider, 62, steps down from the Board upon reaching retirement age.
