Entry into the health care sector
In British Columbia Bilfinger Berger is engaged in a private enterprise project to develop new hospitals. The company is to finance, design and build two clinics in the cities of Kelowna and Vernon and operate them for a period of 30 years. The investment volume is in the order of €260 million. Bilfinger Berger is expanding its concessions business in Canada to include social infrastructure projects as well as transport infrastructure.
