Takeover of O’Hare Engineering

In a move enabling the Group to expand its services to the process industry in Great Britain, Bilfinger Berger has taken over the British company O’Hare Engineering. The company specializes in production plant maintenance and repair. A major share of its activities are centered on mechanical and electrical engineering and measurement and control systems.
