New board member

The Supervisory Board of Bilfinger Berger AG has appointed Kenneth Reid, 41, as Member of the Executive Board effective January 1, 2007. Reid, who was born in Scotland, was formerly Head of Executive Management at Bilfinger Berger BOT GmbH in which the Group’s concessions activities are carried out. Prior to this, the construction engineer held various management positions, mainly abroad. As a member of the Executive Board, Kenneth Reid is responsible for concessions and civil engineering.
