In addition to the comprehensive and specialized training offered at the individual companies, employees and management can improve their personal, social, methodological and management competencies with the Personnel Service Center's centralized training program.
Practical, off-the-job measures are supplemented by modern, on-the-job instruments such as e-learning tools. The specific measures chosen for employee development lie within the responsibility of the employees and their supervisors. Training measures are jointly determined in discussions between staff members and their supervisors. In return, we expect initiative from our staff as well as the willingness to never stop developing. Only in this way can we master challenging tasks in a constantly developing environment and offer our employees the best possible development.
