Project Investments has been offering a mentoring program as part of its personnel development since 2010. Employees have the opportunityto have an intensive exchange of ideas with experienced colleagues, superiors or executive managers and to learn from them in an atmosphere of trust. The practical support provided by mentors helps participants develop in those areas that are important for their personal career path. Following a successful pilot phase, this instrument has now become an important part of personnel development at Project Investments.
