Institute Trendence and the German business magazine "Manager Magazin" selected Bilfinger Berger also in 2011 as one of the most attractive employer for engineers. The Multi Service Group maintain its good position in the Graduate Barometer from the previous year: Bilfinger Berger reached rank 19 in the category "Engineering”.

The results are based on an annual survey of approx. 25,000 German students who were asked about their preferred employers in the final phase of their studies. Those surveyed included around 11,000 engineering students at 68 universities and colleges.

From the point of view of the students, Bilfinger Berger offers a diversity of international and future-oriented career opportunities as well as the opportunity to take responsibility for technically demanding, challenging jobs.
