Bilfinger Berger Students' Program, University of Mannheim

Bilfinger Berger is constantly looking for ambitious and committed management trainees in all technical and commercial areas. We are also greatly interested in getting to know our future employees while they are still at university.

In order to establish such a contact between future high potentials and the company, the Bilfinger Berger Students' Program was created.

What does the Bilfinger Berger Students' Program offer?

Internships both in Germany and abroad. Some examples:

• in the controlling of a bridge construction project in Toronto
• in the financing of PPP projects in Sydney
• in the commercial management of a power plant project in Abu Dhabi
• or in one of our commercial Group Functions in Mannheim.

Practical knowledge through

• Workshops on complex questions within the Group
• and practical events such as the Annual General Meeting and visits to construction sites

Individual development and support through

• Personal contact to management
• an individual advisor within the Bilfinger Berger Students' Program.

Which requirements should you fulfill for the Bilfinger Berger Students' Program?
You should have completed your basic period of study or be in at least the 3rd semester of your bachelor degree. You should also have a good or very good grade-point average as well as commitment, the ability to work in a team and a desire to be challenged. Due to the international nature of this program, good knowledge of English is essential.
