On May 21, 2008, the Annual General Meeting appointed Ernst & Young AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Steuerberatungsgesellschaft, of Mannheim, as independent auditors of the financial statements and group financial statements for the 2008 fiscal year.
