Our cover story takes a look at a group of young engineers launching their careers on a huge project in Canada.These young men are full of energy and interested in everything their more experienced colleagues can pass on to them. The young benefit from the knowledge of their elders,who in turn benefit from the drive of the young.

As with society in general, our construction and services Group functions best with a good mix of young and old. It is important for us to make young people enthusiastic about Bilfinger Berger and to give them the opportunity to develop with us.

The skills, both professional and social, of the next generation will not only define our company, but the society of the future.Young people can only learn to give of their best if we challenge and encourage them to do so.
