Bilfinger Berger's university marketing allows theory and practice to be combined - in order to identify the best candidates early on we are active at many universities. To this end we have defined various focus universities where Bilfinger Berger clusters its activities. At the universities selected, employees and managers from the company and university employees work together to ensure theory and practice are actively combined - they give information on internships, diploma theses, organise workshops and presentations at the universities and excursions to current Bilfinger Berger AG projects.

We currently offer two programs specifically for students - the On Top Student Program at the LMU in Munich and the Students' Program at the University of Mannheim.

Our university marketing team supports selected events at universities and awards the annual Bilfinger Berger Prizes for outstanding final year projects in construction engineering courses. We're always on the lookout for talented people with the potential for an international career in the Bilfinger Berger Multi Service Group.
