Bilfinger Berger has undertaken the design, financing, construction and operation of the new Royal Women's Hospital in Melbourne, Australia. The investment volume amounts to €190 million. The concession period is 25 years.
The nine-story building has 40,000 square meters of floor space. Design and construction are being carried out by an Australian subsidiary which has extensive experience with challenging projects in the health-care sector.
